Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its brands. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to drive user acquisition and scale how we attract high-intent visitors across our sites.

You will lead growth projects, run experiments at scale, and translate data into tests while partnering with cross-functional growth and traffic leaders, data scientists, and performance marketers to boost ROAS and user growth across BOLD’s multi-brand

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts between them, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands by collaborating with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to acquire users across sites.
• Lead growth projects across multiple teams, set up experiments, and drive tests to turn high-intent visitors into active users.
• Partner with cross-functional growth and traffic leaders, software engineers, data scientists, and performance marketers to build scalable acquisition loops and drive growth.
• Own Joblist and related bidding/attribution platforms to optimize traffic sources and ROAS.
