Ripple is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. You will own analytics across growth marketing, reporting, and attribution, partnering with Growth Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to ensure data is accurate and actionable.

You’ll champion AI-powered tools to automate workflows, improve forecasting, and drive smarter spend decisions. You will craft dashboards and insights that empower executives and teams to move with confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
• Expertise in growth marketing measurement across the funnel.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in marketing analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with attribution modeling and media mix analysis.
• Proficient in SQL; Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and end-to-end measurement across growth marketing functions.
• Lead dashboards and reporting infrastructure for stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV analyses and spend forecasting.
• Evolve attribution modeling using AI and ML for accuracy and scale.
• Apply AI-powered tools to surface proactive insights and trends.
• Support experimentation programs with data-driven insights.
• Partner with RevOps, BI and Marketing Ops to connect spend to pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting using AI.
• Ensure data quality across CRM and marketing systems.
