Job summary

Dovetail is hiring a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing, collaborating with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations to drive acquisition and lifecycle growth.

You’ll own channel strategy, budget, audiences, creative, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, tracking, and pipeline performance, starting with high-intent search and targeted paid social.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building segmented B2B journeys across nurture and triggers.
• Track record of managing meaningful budgets and improving pipeline or revenue.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools for workflows, agents, prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition: strategy, budget, targets, forecast, testing roadmap across channels.
• Run campaigns hands-on: optimize structures, bids, audiences, creative, and paths.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing: build journeys, segmentation, deliverability, measurement.
• Turn performance into better creative: collaborate to improve messaging and visuals.
• Improve post-click journey: ship landing pages and conversion experiments.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice: set hypotheses, run tests, scale what works.
• Connect spend to pipeline: track, attribution, dashboards, feedback loops.
• Build an AI-powered growth system: design workflows and tooling with engineering.
