Job summary

Dovetail seeks a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing. You will lead channel strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, while building high-performing email programs that convert interest into qualified opportunities.

This senior IC role partners with Creative, Product Marketing, Web, and Revenue Ops to scale demand and revenue. You’ll design experiments, optimize funnels, and develop an AI-powered growth system.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Build and optimize B2B lifecycle journeys across nurture and triggers.
• Track budgets, pipeline impact, and optimize for CAC-to-revenue.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools to improve campaigns and workflows.
• Own paid and lifecycle stack end-to-end, from taxonomy to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition: strategy, budget, targets, forecast, testing roadmap.
• Run campaigns hands-on: structure, bids, audiences, copy, creative, paths.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing: journeys, segmentation, deliverability, measurement.
• Turn performance into better creative: loop with Creative and Product Marketing.
• Improve post-click journey: ship landing pages and conversion experiments.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice: hypotheses, tests, rules.
• Connect spend to pipeline: tracking, dashboards, attribution, revenue impact.
• Build an AI-powered growth system: workflows, prompts, agents, tooling.
