Job summary

Dovetail is the Customer Intelligence Platform that unifies feedback from every touchpoint to empower teams to move faster and sell more confidently. As Growth Marketer, you will own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing end-to-end, collaborating across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations.

You will manage channel strategy, budgets, audiences, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of managing meaningful budgets and improving pipeline or revenue.
• Ability to interrogate funnel data and turn performance readouts into clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end from channel strategy to pipeline impact.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing, including journeys and deliverability.
• Build and optimize campaign structures, audiences, and creative variants.
• Turn performance into a repeatable system with testing roadmaps and attribution dashboards.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations.
