Job summary

Dovetail is hiring a Growth Marketer to partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations to build Dovetail's acquisition and lifecycle growth engine. You'll own paid acquisition and email end to end, from channel strategy and budget allocation through to audiences, creative, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, tracking, and pipeline performance.

You will start with high-intent search, account-targeted paid social, retargeting, and the email programs

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth/performace marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning paid channels and email in lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and email end to end, including strategy and budget.
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Design lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and testing.
• Collaborate with Creative, Web, Revenue Ops, and Data.
• Measure impact via pipeline, CAC, and revenue.
