Job summary

Dovetail is seeking a Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing across channels. You’ll partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Data, and Revenue Operations to build a scalable growth engine that turns interest into qualified pipeline.

You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns, leverage AI tools to optimize performance, and drive measurable impact with cross-functional teams in a remote-ready US setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with direct operating experience across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition: strategy, budget, targets, forecast, and testing across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and selected emerging channels.
• Run campaigns hands-on: structure, bids, audiences, exclusions, copy, creative variants, and conversion paths.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing: journeys that move prospects from first signal to qualified opportunity, including nurture, triggers, campaigns, and database activation.
• Turn performance into better creative: build a fast learning loop with Creative and Product Marketing; explain why concepts worked to improve future campaigns.
• Improve the post-click journey: ship landing pages, forms, and conversion tests aligned with campaign intent; track to qualified opportunities.
• Build a high-velocity testing practice: set hypotheses, test channels, audiences, creative, and offers; scale what works.
• Connect spend to pipeline: build tracking, attribution, dashboards, and feedback loops; measure qualified pipeline and CAC.
• Build an AI-powered growth system: design workflows, prompts, agents, and tooling to automate and improve campaigns.
