Job summary

Education First is seeking a Senior Manager, Search to join the Growth Marketing team in Cambridge, MA. You will own end-to-end search including paid, organic, and AI discovery, shaping acquisition strategy and testing AI-driven experiences to grow traffic and conversions across EF programs.

You will partner with SEO, content, web, analytics, and marketing teams to translate search intent into high-performing digital experiences, delivering measurable impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in paid-search ownership with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience evaluating AI search and discovery like ChatGPT Search or Copilot and turning findings into strategy.
• Proven CRO and landing-page optimization through structured testing.

Responsibilities

• Own search growth across paid, organic, and AI discovery with a performance roadmap.
• Lead AI search strategy, measure impact, and inform investment decisions.
• Manage campaigns across EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, and EF Tours for Girls.
• Partner with SEO, content, web, analytics, and marketing teams to improve visibility and conversions.
• Develop test plans, hypotheses, budgets, and readouts for pilots and tests.
