EF (Education First) is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid). You will own multi-million-dollar growth investments, lead paid media across major platforms, and drive onsite conversion and CRM lifecycle strategies.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of performance or growth marketing experience with large budgets.
• 3+ years leading high-performing digital marketing teams.
• Strong hands-on experience across paid social and paid search.
• Proven ability to develop full-funnel marketing strategies beyond lower funnel.
• Experience applying AI to marketing execution and automation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, planning, and allocation of multi-million-dollar growth investment across channels.
• Lead and scale paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Own onsite conversion strategy and funnel optimization with Ecommerce.
• Drive lifecycle marketing strategy across CRM to improve repeat rate and LTV.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize site performance and testing.
• Establish operating model across Paid, Ecommerce, and CRM for full-funnel performance.
• Apply AI to improve decision-making, insights, and campaign execution.
• Redesign workflows to increase speed and enable test-and-learn culture.
• Define measurement frameworks to guide investment decisions.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for strategy.
