Job summary

Education First in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Search to join our Growth Marketing team. You’ll own search performance end to end—paid search, AI search, and organic strategy—in partnership with stakeholders to grow qualified traffic and conversions across EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, and EF Tours for Girls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning and executing paid-search campaigns.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and testing AI search and discovery experiences.
• Experience using AI-driven paid-search capabilities to improve performance.
• Strong CRO and landing-page optimization experience.
• Experience partnering with or influencing SEO strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the search acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and AI discovery.
• Lead the AI search and discovery strategy and build a practical roadmap.
• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts across EF programs.
• Improve website and landing-page conversion through CRO and experiments.
• Lead measurement and regular reporting across search tests and on-site metrics.
• Coordinate with analytics, web, content, and marketing teams.
