Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Growth Marketing to lead paid media, SEO/AE0, and conversion programs end to end. You’ll decide where budget goes, how the funnel performs, and how fast insights turn into pipeline.

This hands-on leader will manage our paid media agency, mentor two team members, and partner with product marketing, sales, and web teams to accelerate growth while applying AI tools to optimize performance and creativity.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS pipeline growth from digital channels.
• Hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search, display, and video.
• Strong command of SEO/organic search and how it drives traffic, conversion, and pipeline.
• Experience managing paid media agencies and auditing campaigns.
• Data-driven decisions using performance metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, web, and creative.
• AI-forward mindset using AI tools to improve speed and results.
• Excellent communication and project management in fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to be in-office 3+ days per week in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own global paid channel strategy across search, social, programmatic, and other channels.
• Manage paid media agency and coach two team members.
• Align SEO/AEO with pipeline goals and regional digital manager.
• Forecast budgets and investment decisions, monitor performance.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, web, design, and regional teams.
• Ensure measurement and attribution with lead quality visibility for leadership.
• Tell performance stories with data to optimize spend and pipeline.
