Job summary

EF Educational Tours is seeking a Senior Manager, Search to join our Growth Marketing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will own search growth across paid, organic, and AI discovery, driving visibility and conversions for EF Educational Tours and related programs.

You will lead AI-enabled search initiatives, evaluate platforms, and partner with SEO, content, web, analytics, and marketing teams to turn search intent into high-performing digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning and executing paid-search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and testing AI search and discovery experiences and translating findings into an actionable strategy.
• Experience using AI-driven paid-search capabilities (Performance Max, Smart Bidding, automation) to manage campaigns and improve performance.
• Demonstrated experience managing moderate- to large-scale paid-search accounts with a focus on conversions and revenue outcomes.
• Strong CRO and landing-page improvement track record through structured testing and iteration.
• Experience partnering with or influencing SEO strategy to improve organic performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the search acquisition strategy and performance roadmap across paid, organic, and AI search to hit growth targets.
• Lead AI search and discovery strategy, test pilots, and measurement using GSC/GA4 and industry tools.
• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts across EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, and EF Tours for Girls.
• Improve website and landing-page conversion by aligning search intent with CRO efforts and testing plans.
• Deliver regular reporting on paid, organic, and AI search tests and on-site conversion metrics.
