ThoughtSpot is hiring a Senior Manager of Digital Growth Marketing to lead paid media, SEO/AEO, and conversion programs end to end. You will own the budget strategy, forecast performance, and drive pipeline growth while managing our paid media agency and two team members focused on organic search.

We seek a growth leader who uses AI to move faster, iterate on creative, and improve channel results. In-office presence is expected 3+ days per week to energize the team and collaborate on GTM motions.

Qualificações

• Experience generating qualified pipeline through digital channels in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search, display, and video.
• Strong command of SEO/AEO and how it drives traffic, conversion, and pipeline.
• Track record managing paid media agencies, auditing campaigns, and diagnosing performance issues.

Responsabilidades

• Own global paid channel strategy across multiple channels for B2B audiences, including planning, forecasting, budget pacing, audience design, and performance management.
• Directly manage the paid media agency and coach team members overseeing organic search and local digital.
• Coordinate channel strategy across paid search, paid social, display, video, and emerging channels.
• Make budget and investment decisions on where to allocate dollars, what to scale, and what to cut.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, web, design, and regional teams to align digital execution with GTM motions and product launches.
• Provide consistent measurement and attribution, including lead quality visibility for leadership.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve spend efficiency, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
