Job summary

EF Student Tours is seeking a Senior Manager, Search to own and accelerate our end-to-end search strategy across paid, organic, and AI discovery. You will lead acquisition efforts, test AI-driven experiences, and partner with web, content, and analytics teams to drive growth.

You will manage strategy across EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, and EF Tours for Girls, ensuring alignment with conversion targets, landing-page relevance, and performance narratives for leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience owning and executing paid-search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and testing AI search and discovery experiences and translating findings into strategy.
• Experience using AI-driven paid-search capabilities to manage campaigns and improve performance.
• Strong CRO and landing-page optimization through structured testing and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own search growth across paid, organic, and AI discovery and align plans with growth goals and conversion targets.
• Lead AI search and discovery strategies and build a practical roadmap with pilots and budgets.
• Direct paid search strategy and execution across EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, and EF Tours for Girls.
• Collaborate with web, UX, analytics, content, and SEO teams to improve visibility and conversion.
