Job summary

Formlabs, based in Somerville, MA, seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy to lead marketing campaigns across web, email, and other channels, owning the customer lifecycle from prospect to advocate.

You will partner with product, creative, support, and sales to build journeys, craft content, and maximize lifetime value using data and insights. This is a fast-paced, innovative role with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing as an analyst.
• Strong analytical or technical skills.
• Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and purchases across web, email, and other channels.
• Design programs for key stages of the customer journey.
• Develop content and resources that empower customers to maximize value of Formlabs products across segments and geos.
• Track, measure, and report retention and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with product, creative, support, and sales teams to bring new products to market and launch campaigns.
• Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and feedback.
