Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from prospecting to loyalty, acquisitions to retention.
• Develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement and purchases across web, email, and other channels.
• Design programs for key stages of the customer journey.
• Create content and resources to maximize product value, segmented by customer types and geos.
• Track, measure, and report retention and engagement metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, creative, support, and sales to bring products to market and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis.
