Engine is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to join a Growth Engineering function focused on GTM challenges through software, data, and automation. Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong system-design fundamentals and architectural decision experience.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, data pipelines, internal tools, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Build internal GTM tools and automation to accelerate Sales and Growth.
• Identify data signals to source and prioritize accounts across verticals.
• Create pipelines and integrations connecting external data, Salesforce, and GTM systems.
• Design, deploy, and maintain reliable applications with scalable, secure architecture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Marketing and Revenue Ops to translate business needs into tech.
