Job summary

Hone in San Francisco is seeking a GTM systems engineer to own engines turning market signals into pipeline and revenue. You will build the first version, run it against targets, and turn successful patterns into persistent engines.

You will own both code and commercial outcomes, collaborating with Product and Engineering to continually improve the GTM stack's effectiveness and reliability across CRM, automation, and data integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, technical RevOps or software engineering.
• Built GTM systems from scratch and operated them against real pipeline or revenue targets.
• Strong technical fundamentals: Python or TypeScript, SQL, APIs, webhooks and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems that turn market signals, product engagement and customer conversations into pipeline and revenue.
• Build the first version, run it against targets, and turn what works into persistent engines.
• Own both the code and the commercial result, and use learnings to improve the product.
