Job summary

Qualitate is hiring its first GTM engineer to bridge sales, engineering, and growth. You’ll design and deploy systems that automate prospecting, enrichment, routing, outreach, and reporting, integrating AI agents into revenue workflows.

You’ll experiment rapidly, measure business impact, and scale successful ideas into core GTM infrastructure. We value technical depth, business instinct, and a tinkerer mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of software engineering or GTM/growth engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to learn new tools on the job.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating APIs across business systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain GTM data and automation infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting for real-time visibility into pipeline.
• Build production-grade AI agents for lead research, routing, and outbound campaigns.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows; measure impact and scale successful experiments into GTM infrastructure.
• Own data quality and governance within Revenue Operations standards.
