Job summary

Engine is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to join our Growth Engineering function, blending software, data, and automation to accelerate GTM outcomes. You will build production-grade systems that identify accounts, prioritize opportunities, and automate workflows, partnering with Sales and Growth.

With 5+ years in software engineering and strong system-design fundamentals, you’ll shape data pipelines, API integrations, and internal tools that power revenue growth, in a hybrid work model across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong system-design fundamentals and architectural decision-making.
• Experience building APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Growth, Marketing or GTM functions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• GTM Tools & Automation: Build internal tools, services, and automations that accelerate Sales and Growth.
• Account Sourcing & Signals: Identify data signals to find and prioritize accounts across verticals.
• Data & Integrations: Build pipelines integrating external data, Salesforce, and GTM systems.
• Production Engineering: Design, build, deploy, and maintain reliable applications with strong security and scalability.
• GTM Partnership: Work with Sales and Growth leaders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Experimentation: Prototype, launch experiments, measure impact, and iterate.
