Job summary

Suger, Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to scale demand generation by building data-driven tooling and automations across email marketing, SDR outreach, and web engagement. You will own the GTM automation stack and connect Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and Segment to drive pipeline.

The role blends code, data, and go-to-market execution, offering a fast-paced startup environment with substantial impact and equity opportunities. Remote-friendly options are available as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in data engineering, growth engineering, or similar technical role.
• Fluency in Python and SQL; bonus for JavaScript and scraping tools.
• Hands-on experience with GTM and marketing systems like Clay and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the GTM automation engine, converting data into actions across email marketing, SDR outreach, and web engagement.
• Manage a technical GTM backlog with an OKR-driven roadmap.
• Develop outbound and email marketing triggers and automated campaigns through CRM and engagement tools.
• Leverage OpenAI and third-party APIs to generate personalized content and automate engagements at scale.
• Model and visualize GTM data with queries and dashboards to improve campaigns and measure results.
• Develop internal tools using Python, SQL, or JavaScript to accelerate GTM workflows.
• Maintain and extend GTM integrations with Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and Segment.
