Job summary

Pivotal Partners is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to build AI-powered workflows and automation across the GTM function in New York, NY. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Engineering to improve pipeline generation and support rapid growth.

The role focuses on automating outbound, inbound and lifecycle processes, while developing a central AI marketing agent using company content and performance data. Strong SQL/JSON skills and 5+ years in GTM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in GTM systems, growth engineering, RevOps or marketing automation within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on automation using APIs, webhooks, LLMs and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay or Outreach.
• Comfortable working with JSON, APIs and basic SQL.
• Proven ability to turn GTM challenges into measurable improvements with AI-powered workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered GTM workflows to generate pipeline across outbound, inbound and lifecycle channels.
• Develop and maintain a central AI marketing agent using company content, market insights and performance data.
• Own GTM automation across prospecting, lead enrichment, routing, scoring and reporting.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Engineering to improve the customer journey and streamline processes.
• Run growth experiments, track results and improve conversion and pipeline performance.
