Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own end-to-end creative production for performance campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will fuse AI-enabled workflows with elevated visual taste, directing production briefs, writing scripts, and editing videos to drive measurable results.

You will work with media, analytics, and growth teams to craft hooks, pacing, and frameworks that scale, while ensuring brand quality remains premium.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition—hooks, pacing, CTAs that convert.
• Elevated visual taste with design/shaping brand quality.
• Video editing fluency to cut and iterate ads quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to every asset, elevating visual quality while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep Jerry's creative fresh.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks grounded in performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage agency/production partners, brief them, and quality-check outputs.
• Edit video directly to deliver premium ads with speed.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
