• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record directing high-performing creative for paid channels.
• Strong performance creative intuition (hooks, pacing, CTAs).
• Elevated visual taste with strong design sense.
• Fluent in video editing and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end: ideation, scripting, editing and delivery across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to every asset, elevating visual quality while keeping performance in mind.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep Jerry’s creative fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in what drives performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction, partnering with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners, writing briefs and providing direction.
• Edit video directly with strong scripting and polishing skills.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.
