Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV in a remote-first environment. You will combine sharp taste with data-driven strategies to lift brand quality while driving performance.

You will lead concepting, scripting, and production briefs, edit directly, and collaborate with media, growth, and analytics teams to move fast in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels.
• Strong performance creative intuition: hooks, pacing, CTAs, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Elevated visual taste with design, composition, and brand quality.
• Video editing fluency to cut and iterate ads quickly.
