Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead end-to-end performance creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV. You’ll own concepting, scripting, production briefs, and direct editing to deliver premium ads at scale.

You’ll drive hooks and frameworks that move performance while maintaining brand equity, partnering with media, growth, and analytics teams. This role blends craft with data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally at a performance media agency and/or an in-house growth creative team.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition – hooks, pacing, CTAs, and converting viewers.
• Elevated visual taste with design sense for premium brand quality while staying performance-driven.
• Video editing fluency – cut and iterate ads quickly with good direction.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce end-to-end performance creative across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate asset quality: pacing, composition, storytelling, and brand equity.
• Stay current with platform trends to keep Jerry's creative fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks rooted in what drives performance.
• Translate performance signals into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage agencies and production partners: briefs, direction, and quality checks.
• Edit video directly to move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
