Jerry.ai is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will combine elevated visual taste with data-driven iteration, shaping hooks and frameworks that drive scale while maintaining brand quality.

You’ll work with media, analytics, and production partners to move fast, using AI tools to accelerate ideation and editing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creatives for paid channels.
• Strong performance creative intuition, hooks and pacing.
• Elevated visual taste with strong brand quality.
• Video editing fluency to cut and iterate ads quickly.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Active use of AI tools to speed up production and expand creative range.
• Bonus: experience in both performance media and brand/design agencies.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while maintaining performance.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural shifts to keep content fresh.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in performance.
• Translate data signals into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage agency and production partners, provide briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly and iterate ads quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and asset generation.
