You will lead concepting, scripting, directing production briefs, and editing, bringing a premium visual standard to scale our brand with fast iterations.

You will collaborate with media, analytics and growth teams, using AI tools to unlock new creative possibilities while maintaining a performance focus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels.
• Strong intuition for hooks, pacing, CTAs and scroll-stopping content.
• Elevated visual taste with strong design sense.
• Video editing fluency to cut and iterate ads quickly.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset across teams.
• AI fluency and willingness to use generative tools.
• Bonus: experience in both performance media and design/brand agencies.
