Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own end-to-end creative production for performance-driven campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will lead concepting, scripting, directing, and editing, while elevating craft and brand quality.

You will leverage AI tools to speed up production, collaborate with media and analytics teams, and manage external partners to deliver premium, results-driven ads at speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production in a performance media agency or in-house growth creative team.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition—understands hooks, pacing, CTAs, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Elevated visual taste—design, composition, and brand quality.
• Video editing fluency—able to cut and iterate ads quickly yourself.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset—bridges creative, media, and analytics teams.
• AI fluency—actively experiments with generative tools to speed up production.
• Bonus: experience in both performance media agency and a brand/design agency.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end: ideation, scripting, editing and delivery across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to assets to raise Jerry's brand while keeping performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep creative fresh and effective.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in performance drivers.
• Translate performance data into creative direction working with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners with briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly and iterate ads quickly with quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing and asset generation.
