Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance-driven campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will produce ideas from concept to delivery with hands-on editing and AI-enabled tooling, elevating brand quality while driving measurable results.

You will shape the creative system, collaborate with media and growth teams, and lead production partners to scale output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production at a growth-focused company.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition — you understand hooks, pacing, CTAs, and what makes people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end: ideation, scripting, editing, and delivery across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to raise Jerry's brand while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends and formats to keep creative fresh and effective.
• Translate performance data into creative direction in collaboration with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners; write briefs and provide direction.
• Edit video directly to move fast without sacrificing quality; leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows.
