Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will concept, script, produce, and iterate ads while elevating brand quality and maintaining strong performance metrics.

You will work with media, growth, and production teams to translate data into compelling creative, using AI tools to accelerate workflows and expand creative ranges. Remote-friendly and collaborative by design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing paid-channel creative.
• Strong intuition for hooks, pacing, CTAs.
• Elevated visual taste with brand quality.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to every asset, elevating visual quality, pacing, and storytelling.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in what drives performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners, briefs, and quality-control.
• Edit video directly, cutting and iterating ads quickly.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.
