Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle—from concepting and scripting to production and optimization across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You’ll elevate craft and brand quality while delivering measurable performance.

You will lead hands-on creation, direct briefs, and collaborate with media, growth, and analytics teams. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and a taste for premium, effective ad experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.).
• Strong performance creative intuition — hooks, pacing, CTAs, and what makes people stop scrolling.
• Elevated visual taste with strong design sense and brand quality.
• Video editing fluency — cut and iterate ads quickly.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Active experimentation with generative AI tools to speed up production and expand range.
• Bonus: experience in both a performance media agency and a brand/design agency.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid channels.
• Bring a sharp creative eye to assets to raise brand quality while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts.
• Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in what drives performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage and maximize agency and production partners with clear briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly and iterating to balance speed and quality.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.
