Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle—from concepting and scripting to production briefs and hands-on editing for ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV.

You will elevate brand quality while preserving performance, collaborating with media and growth teams to turn insights into compelling creative and scalable systems driven by AI. This is a full-time, salaried role with opportunities to shape a growing, AI-powered marketing engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance-driven creative production experience.
• Proven track record producing or directing ads for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong sense of hooks, pacing, CTAs and what drives scrolling,: familiarity with ad frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while sustaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to keep creative fresh.
• Develop hooks, angles, and frameworks grounded in performance.
• Translate data signals into creative direction with media and growth teams.
• Manage agency/production partners and provide clear briefs and direction.
• Edit video directly to deliver fast, premium results.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
