Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle—from concepting to production to testing across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will push craft and brand quality while driving measurable ad performance, using AI tools to accelerate ideas and iterations.

You'll partner with media, growth, and analytics teams to develop hooks, ensure fast-paced delivery, and maximize agency and production partner output. Remote-friendly, salaried role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
• Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Strong performance creative intuition—hooks, pacing, CTAs, and scrolling behavior.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while maintaining performance.
• Stay on top of platform trends and cultural shifts.
