Job summary

Launch Potato is a performance-driven discovery and conversion company with a remote-first team. We offer a base salary of $100,000-$120,000 and a profit-sharing bonus within a comprehensive benefits package.

You will lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests across top campaigns to optimize revenue and user experience. You’ll own test execution from ideation to reporting, collaborating with Copy, Design, and Media to move ideas into measurable results while maintaining strict QA and

Qualifications

Must have strong follow-through and task ownership.
Experience with direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments.
Experience running A/B tests, QA launches, and reporting test outcomes.
Comfort updating copy, layout and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
Working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
Ability to balance internal and external pressure to drive KPIs.
Experience optimizing lead form pages end-to-end via UI/UX.

Responsibilities

Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance.
Build, launch, and report on revenue-driving optimizations across high-traffic campaigns.
Ensure tests are implemented reliably and tracked accurately.
Collaborate with optimization leads and subject-matter experts for fast execution.
Prepare clear, actionable test results to inform future optimizations.
Monitor multiple KPIs and generate comprehensive analyses.
