Justworks is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Automation & AI to lead the evolution of Marketing Operations and build an AI-powered growth engine that scales demand, lifecycle orchestration, and campaign automation across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Analytics, and GTM Engineering.

You will design intelligent journeys, own end-to-end architecture, and establish governance for AI agents and workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth operations, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, revenue operations, or related function.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and marketing execution.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered automation or intelligent workflows in production.
• Track record of redesigning processes to improve growth, execution speed, quality, or efficiency.
• Technical fluency across CRM, marketing automation, customer data, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Experience partnering across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other GTM functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the evolution of demand operations, including enrichment, qualification, scoring, routing, segmentation, nurture, and re-engagement.
• Design intelligent journeys across acquisition, digital shopping, sales-assisted conversion, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Translate business strategies and customer signals into decisioning logic, triggers, personalized engagement, and next-best actions.
• Identify gaps, friction, and inefficiencies across the prospect and customer journey and develop scalable solutions to address them.
• Partner with business owners to ensure intelligent engagement connects to clear commercial and customer outcomes.
• Serve as the accountable functional leader for Marketing Operations within the GTM Effectiveness organization, overseeing strategy, prioritization, and delivery.
