Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Gen & Marketing Operations to lead our growth engine. You’ll own demand generation performance, optimize HubSpot workflows, and partner with Sales to align on pipeline.

You’ll explore AI-enabled methods, test new ideas, and turn broad objectives into actionable campaigns across target accounts in a complex B2B environment. You’ll collaborate with leadership to accelerate results, build scalable processes, and report on measurable momentum, pipeline

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with demand gen or operations.
3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience including workflows and reporting.
Proven success building ABM programs and partnering with Sales.
Ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and execution.
Experience improving marketing systems, automation, and analytics.
