Job summary

Arena Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a senior growth marketer to define and drive growth across products and lines of business. This high-ownership role blends strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution to move business outcomes.

You will own growth opportunities end-to-end, shape KPI frameworks, and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship scalable growth systems across channels including SEO, paid, email, and web.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similarly analytical role.
• Proven track record of owning growth goals and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience taking growth initiatives from opportunity through execution and scaling.
• Strong understanding of LTV, retention, monetization, and unit economics.
• Experience owning KPIs and accountability for outcomes across campaigns and channels.
• Experience building and scaling multiple growth channels (SEO, paid, email, web, PLG, programmatic).
• Strong experimentation mindset with tests, metrics, and learnings.
• Analytical judgment and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to switch between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale growth programs across Arena's products and lines of business.
• Apply data-driven thinking and experimental design to understand growth drivers and inform investment.
• Own growth initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunity, define KPI, develop hypotheses, execute campaigns, analyze results, and scale.
• Build growth strategies across channels including SEO/AEO, email, paid, web, programmatic growth, launches, PLG, and AI-native distribution.
• Own campaign and growth KPIs and establish clear measurement frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to turn opportunities into shipped experiences and scalable systems.
• Develop strategies for reaching Arena's audiences: consumers, developers, researchers, AI labs, and enterprise customers.
• Translate product and company priorities into integrated growth strategies across channels.
• Build repeatable growth systems and processes to scale experiments and campaigns.
• Communicate growth strategy, performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Write, analyze, build, QA, launch, and iterate on growth initiatives as needed.
