Justworks is seeking a Marketing Operations leader in our New York City office. You will own the systems and capabilities that maximize Marketing’s impact, from customer journeys to AI-enabled experiences, working in a matrixed environment with Revenue, Product, and Data leaders.

You will build and scale a modern MarOps function, hire senior contributors, and partner across teams to transform how we engage customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing, business, or GTM operations functions with demonstrated impact on marketing effectiveness.
• Experience building AI-enabled marketing capabilities and safe governance.
• Ability to lead senior ICs and collaborate across Revenue, Product, Data, and Security.

Responsabilités

• Demand Operations: shape customer experiences and manage handoffs across channels and paths.
• Marketing Activation: guide platform build vs buy and GTM alignment.
• Marketing Intelligence: measure impact and enable data-driven action.
• AI Capabilities: establish safe AI usage, templates, and governance.
• Cross-functional GTM: align Marketing with Engineering, Revenue Ops, Data & Analytics, and IT.
• Team: hire, develop, and grow senior contributors; manage managers as needed.
