Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Leader to build and modernize a scaled demand engine across our product portfolio. You will own day-to-day demand across channels and collaborate with Revenue Marketing leadership on strategy and prioritization, pushing AI-forward improvements.

You will lead a team to rethink traditional playbooks, question what works, and implement AI-native workflows to improve how we generate, qualify, nurture, and convert demand, partnering with Sales, RevOps,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience owning scaled programs with measurable pipeline targets.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
• Understanding CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and velocity.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows in marketing.
• Hands-on with Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot and Salesforce.
• Experience with intent platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional partnership.
• Experience leading demand generation teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the scaled demand generation roadmap across product portfolio.
• Build and optimize always-on demand programs across channels.
• Build AI-native workflows into the demand engine.
• Own performance metrics including MQCs/MQLs, SAOs, conversion and pipeline.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across channels and campaigns.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead scoring and routing.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing for cross-product campaigns.
• Lead testing and experimentation culture with clear decisions.
• Develop a high-performing demand generation team.
• Evolve martech stack including automation and AI tools.
