Jobgether is partnering with a leading tech company to fill a Senior Growth Operations Manager role in the United States. You will architect and scale the marketing technology stack, build data-driven growth workflows, and drive AI-powered automation across Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Marketing Operations or Growth within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infra tech.
• Led cross-functional initiatives and mentored teams in fast-growth settings.
• Strong expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Ability to design and manage complex integrations and scalable architectures.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling in cloud warehouses like BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for production-grade scripts and integrations.
• Experience with lead scoring, intent data, and enrichment systems, plus predictive modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize GTM tech stack for seamless platform integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Hightouch, BigQuery).
• Design scalable data models, governance standards, and data quality controls.
• Create reusable growth workflows with ABM and Business Development teams.
• Own data models for accounts and contacts, scoring, intent, and enrichment.
• Collaborate with Data to develop predictive models and growth strategies.
• Develop AI-powered agents and LLM-driven workflows for automation and orchestration.
• Evaluate new AI tech and establish adoption standards across operations.
• Improve attribution, measurement, and reporting with Omni and BigQuery.
• Identify data gaps and risks; translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure scalable execution.
