OpenGov seeks a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to lead the operating strategy for Marketing, with emphasis on Growth Marketing.

You will own the marketing technology roadmap, partner with business systems teams, and drive data-driven decisions across Growth Marketing, Creative, and Communications. You will evaluate AI-enabled tools, design the demand lifecycle, and collaborate with Revenue Operations and FP&A to optimize pipeline and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS business, with growth or demand-gen leadership.
• Proven record evaluating, implementing, and evolving marketing tech, including automation, CRM, analytics and ABM.
• Experience spanning growth marketing, creative, and communications, and building cross-functional processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operating strategy and roadmap for Marketing, focusing on Growth Marketing and ensuring support for Creative and Communications.
• Own the marketing technology roadmap, define requirements, priorities, and success metrics with business systems teams.
• Scout and evaluate new marketing technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and drive adoption and change management.
• Design the demand lifecycle from lead scoring to nurture and handoff to increase pipeline velocity.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to define standards and SLAs for lead follow-up and pipeline generation.
• Define the reporting and attribution framework for funnel performance and content impact.
• Establish planning and workflow processes connecting Growth Marketing, Creative, and Communications.
• Forecast and track marketing budget, spend, and ROI with FP&A and cross-functional partners.
• Set data quality and enrichment standards for marketing data with business systems teams.
• Mentor team members and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale marketing efforts.
