Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize the marketing technology stack, automation, and revenue operations for a globally distributed, remote-first organization. You will design scalable workflows, manage complex integrations, and enhance data flow across systems, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT to support go-to-market objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, or Revenue Ops.
3+ years with CRM and marketing automation (Marketo, Salesforce).
Experience building scalable marketing automation programs and event platforms like CVENT/BigMarker.
Ability to integrate AI into marketing operations workflows.
Strong understanding of system integrations, data synchronization, and TM infrastructure.
