Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent plus 2 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years in managing and developing direct reports, with multi-site leadership.
• 3+ years in logistics solutions, Lean practices, and PM skills.
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs; some sales/multi-client experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set goals, oversee performance reviews and development plans for staff.
• Develop and manage direct and indirect reports; ensure staffing levels.
• Improve location processes and cross-train CLS/CLC teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction, KPI review and process improvements.
• Oversee SOX invoicing/revenue recognition where applicable; invoice customers.
• Lead teams to deliver logistics solutions and project management.
