Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree preferred but not required for consideration.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports; multi-team leadership.
• Lean experience and knowledge of KPI management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple accounts' financial, operational and people performance.
• Drive profitable retention and growth within span of control.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead process improvements and SOX/revenue recognition activities where applicable.
