Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager Logistics I to oversee multiple accounts, driving profitable retention and growth while meeting financial, employee, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or 2+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• 5+ years managing and developing direct reports; experience with multi-level teams preferred.
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs; sales or multi-client experience a plus.
• Knowledge of truck brokerage, Ryder safety programs, and Ryder financial procedures is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Goal setting and career development for direct and indirect reports; performance evaluation and feedback.
• Developing reports and ensuring staffing levels; selecting qualified personnel.
• Create and maintain location processes; cross-train CLS and CLC.
• Improve customer satisfaction and KPI tracking; ensure transportation/distribution management training.
• Reduce overtime and incidents; manage safety reporting and loss prevention.
• Lead location process improvements and conduct internal audits; oversee SOX-related tasks when applicable.
