Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent with relevant work exp.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• 5+ years in managing direct reports and large multi-level teams.
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management.
• LEAN experience preferred.
• Customer KPIs management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Ryder products and services is advantageous.
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, operational and employee aspects for multiple accounts.
• Aim for profitable retention and growth while meeting safety and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback and performance plans.
• Oversee staffing, training, and selection of qualified personnel.
• Ensure location processes and cross-training across CLS/CLC.
