Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in LEAN environments.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, develop talent, conduct performance reviews, and manage behavior issues.
• Develop and coach direct/indirect reports; ensure staffing aligns with requirements.
• Create and improve location processes; cross-train CLS/CLC staff.
