Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain; plus 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years leading/directing reports; managing multi-level teams.
• 3+ years developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management.

Responsibilities

• Goal setting, performance evaluations, and ongoing employee feedback.
• Develop direct and indirect reports; provide ongoing training.
• Create location processes and cross-train staff.
• Monitor KPI tracking and drive improvements; staff trained in Transportation/Distribution Management.
• Improve employee retention and reduce unnecessary overtime; safety follow-up.
