Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience leading large multi-level teams and driving logistics solutions.
• LEAN experience and managing customer KPIs is preferred.
• Travel 30-40% as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts.
• Ensure profitable retention and growth of business within span of control.
• Lead QA on safety, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports; provide ongoing feedback.
• Coordinate location processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review KPI tracking and implement improvements across accounts.
• SOX reconciliation and revenue recognition duties as needed.
• Oversee staff training in Transportation/Distribution Management.
